Our honey jars are made of premium glass and carefully packaged using protective materials. However, due to the nature of glass, we request you to handle them carefully after delivery.
All honey jars are made of glass. Broken jars are not returnable.
If your order arrives with damage or leakage, please contact info@wildhoneysundarban.com within 24 hours of delivery, including photographs of the package and the damaged item.
We may, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund after reviewing the case.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
